Audits

Audits are primarily for multiple outlet operations as a quality control to insure standards are maintained throughout all the units.

With the client I design an audit procedure and I recommend that these are more

comprehensive than being just about coffee quality and cover unit cleanliness, staff attitude and general ambience.

I recommend audits are carried out on a monthly basis.
